Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the beauty products you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaking during transit, and include your packing slip.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
